Refund & Exchange Policy

Our team takes great care to ensure that our product images, descriptions, and titles are crystal clear, so we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our products before making a purchase. By choosing to shop with us, you agree to our terms and policies, and we can't wait to have you join our wonderful community of shoppers!

         WE OFFER 3 DAYS REFUND/EXCHANGE/RETURN ON ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS! 

  • Please request refunds or exchanges within 3 days of delivery and notify us after receiving the product. For assistance, Kindly email us at 
  • For cancellations please inform within 24 hours to our team.
  • For reverse pickup the product should be in intact condition in original packaging, Invoice/Bill should be there.
  • We prioritize excellent customer service and we arrange reverse pickups within 1-2 days. Please make sure pickup should be done in one go. If pickup gets canceled from your end, then you need to courier back to us or pay the charges to re-arrange it.
  • Kindly make sure to handover only those products to the pickup person for which you raise return/exchange request. Any additional product will be sent back to you.
  • Refund amount will be transferred within 48-72 hours after clearing the quality check process at our warehouse.
  • We only provide refunds through the bank account details
  • In case of COD orders, the amount will be refunded after deducting COD charges.
  • For exchange/replacement process- Kindly provide us order details on email with the image of received product’s along with the bill and only after the reverse pick up we will send you the replacement within 3-5 working days!
  • Products purchased during a BUY1 GET1 or SALE promotion are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
  • We only provide assistance between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Products purchased with store credits or that are themselves replacements are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
  • If a customer has placed an incorrect order, they are responsible for shipping the products back to our warehouse or paying a shipping fee of 99/- for us to deliver the correct product.
  • We always ensure that all of our products are packed in the best possible manner but if any problems arise. Please make sure to record a video while unboxing to help us resolve the issue quickly
  • We pack all of our products with love and care but sometimes they get damaged/defective in transit, In that case we dispatched new products within 24 hours to ensure your satisfaction.
  • We are unable to modify/cancel your order if the shipment is already in transit. However, once you receive the product, you can exchange within 3 days.

         NOTE: NO REFUND ELIGIBILITY IN THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS                                                                                                                                                 

  • Self-Placed Wrong Order (e.g. ordered wrong model or product).
  • If any purchase has been made under BUY1 GET1 offer or marked as SALE.
  • Damage/Defective/Missing Items- We will promptly ship a new product. While our products undergo several quality control checks, we do not offer refunds for such instances.
  • No cancellations are permitted once the product has been delivered, but we are happy to offer store credit for your future purchases.
  • Not same as advertisement : If you find that the product doesn't match the advertisement, please know that we've tried our hardest to show it as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns in this situation.
  • Products priced at 599/- or below are not eligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
